Accessibility statement

Our commitment to making this website usable by as many people as possible, and how to tell us when we have fallen short.

Our commitment

Clear Path Consulting LLC is committed to making Clear Path Advertising digital properties accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building a page rather than something audited afterwards.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single logical heading hierarchy on every page
  • A skip link to main content, and visible keyboard focus indicators throughout
  • Full keyboard operability — navigation, accordions and forms all work without a mouse
  • ARIA attributes on interactive components, with state communicated to assistive technology
  • Text and interface colour combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, hints and error handling
  • Text that reflows and remains readable at 200% zoom and on small screens
  • Motion and transition effects suppressed for visitors who set a reduced-motion preference
  • Meaningful alternative text on informative imagery, and decorative imagery hidden from screen readers

Known limitations

We are honest about where work remains:

  • Data tables in the legal and reporting sections scroll horizontally on narrow screens, which is workable but not ideal.
  • Third-party content embedded in future campaign pages may not meet the same standard, since we do not control how it is built.
  • Documents linked from this site, such as PDFs supplied by partners, may not be fully tagged for accessibility.

Assistive technology

This site is built to work with current versions of common screen readers and browser combinations, including recent releases of the major desktop and mobile browsers. If you use a configuration where something does not work, we would like to hear about it, because that is the only reliable way we find these problems.

Feedback and reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier on this site, email contact@clearpath-advertising.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to describe a remedy or timeline within ten business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will offer the information or service through another route in the meantime.
